Service Description

Our Community Access supports help participants build confidence, independence and meaningful connections within their local community. This is a 1:1 support tailored to the participant’s individual goals, interests and daily needs. Whether it’s attending appointments, shopping, social outings, recreational activities, learning new skills or simply building confidence getting out into the community.. we provide support where and when it is needed most. Community Access is about more than just getting from place to place. It’s about creating opportunities for connection, independence and personal growth. We work alongside participants to help them feel safe, supported and confident while working toward their NDIS goals. Every support is personalised because everyone’s journey is different. We focus on meaningful participation, skill building and helping participants live a more active, social and connected life.
