Our Real Life Ready Program is designed to support participants in building practical everyday life skills, confidence and independence in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.

This 8 week capacity building program focuses on real life learning through hands on activities, guided support and meaningful conversations that help participants feel more prepared for everyday responsibilities and future independence.

Participants will work on developing routines, managing money, building confidence in the community, improving social skills and learning how to make safe and confident decisions in everyday life.

Whether someone is preparing for more independence at home, in the community or in future living arrangements.. this program helps create strong foundations for real life success.
